Meditation session

An beautiful guided meditation session where you can gift your mind a little piece of
calm and relaxation.
This is an hour session where there is absolutely no expectations from you. Just
relax and let yourself have a break from the chaos of our every day lives.
Meditation is a skill which improves with regular practice. These sessions provide a
nurturing meditation which helps you develop this skill and enjoy the mental peace
both during the session, and in the hours and days following it.

These sessions are ideal for;
– Busy and chaotic minds
– Those who struggle to ‘switch off’
– Problems with sleeping
– Any Neurodiversity condition
– Stress
– Emotional Overwhelm
– Mental Health conditions, including anxiety and depression

Key things about our meditation session
– Open to absolute beginners or those who meditate regularly
– You can meditate however you feel comfortable, whether this is lying down,
sitting, or however else feels right for you.
– Mats and eye pillows provided.
– Feel free to bring any blankets or anything to make you feel more
comfortable.
– Herbal teas and other little extras provided!

Your first meditation with us is absolutely free! This will give you a chance to have a
taster with zero investment.
Sessions cost £5 following this.
